1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Raggey mobile application, Raggey’s website, and related services used to design, measure, order, pay for, produce, and deliver custom-made garments.

Raggey’s Terms state that account holders must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their country, with younger users using the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Raggey, we may process the following categories of information:

  • Account and contact information: such as your name, email address, phone number, verification status, and login-related information.
  • Profile and sizing information: age-based size selections, manual body measurements, saved measurement profiles, and information you choose to associate with a profile.
  • Design information: fabric, colour, collar, pocket, button, stitching, zipper, and other customization choices, along with saved designs.

  • Delivery information: delivery address and, where you choose to use location features, location information used to help confirm a delivery point.
  • Support communications: messages, order numbers, photos, notes, and other information you send when requesting support, alterations, or help with a fit issue.
  • Technical information: device, app, security, and usage information that may be generated when you access the service.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Create and manage your account and saved profiles.
  • Provide the design studio, measurement tools, and size-profile features.
  • Review, confirm, produce, customize, and deliver your orders.
  • Process payments and confirm transactions.
  • Send order confirmations, production updates, delivery information, verification messages, and customer support communications.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or other security issues.
  • Maintain and improve the App, website, and customer experience.
  • Comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. Child Measurement Profiles

Raggey is designed to let an adult account holder create custom garments and saved size profiles for young gentlemen. As a result, measurements and age-based sizing information may relate to a child even though the Raggey account is controlled by an adult.

By submitting a child’s sizing information, the account holder confirms that they are authorized to provide that information for the purpose of designing, producing, fitting, and delivering the requested garment.

5. Location Data

If you use Raggey’s delivery-location features, the App may request access to location information or allow you to select a location on a map. Location information is used to help identify or confirm the delivery destination. You can control device-level location permissions through your device settings.

6. Payments

Raggey’s Terms state that payments are accepted through trusted payment processors, including options such as credit/debit cards, K-Net, and other GCC-wide payment methods. Payment providers may collect and process payment credentials directly under their own terms and privacy practices. Raggey may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, and a transaction reference needed to complete your order.

7. How Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary to provide Raggey’s services, including with:

  • Payment processors and financial-service providers involved in your transaction.
  • Tailoring, production, packaging, and fulfilment partners that need order specifications to create your custom garment.
  • Delivery and courier partners that need delivery information to complete shipment.
  • Technology, hosting, security, communications, and support providers that help operate the App and website.
  • Authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required by applicable law or needed to protect legal rights, safety, or security.
  • A successor or related party in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

Service providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for the service they perform.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account and order history, handle support and fit-guarantee requests, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it is held.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and Raggey cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Processing

Raggey serves customers across GCC countries and may rely on service providers located in different jurisdictions. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live when necessary to provide the service, subject to appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Raggey’s services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. When appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the App, website, or email.
